Cary maintains a historic-preservation program and a municipal stormwater system. Planned-neighborhood infrastructure does not remove the need to verify lot drainage, easements, local landmarks, and permits for the particular scope.

Citywide context cannot establish a parcel’s flood zone, historic designation, stream buffer, permit requirements, soil conditions, or concealed construction. Confirm those items with the appropriate authority and selected provider before work begins.
